Hagerman joined Swift Energy Marketing Company on June 25, 1991 as Vice President
of Due Diligence & Marketing Administration. Prior to joining Swift Energy
Marketing Company, she worked for V.J. McGuinness Company from 1987 to 1991.
Before that, she worked for Swift Energy Company, having been employed by
Swift since it was organized in 1979.
