Phil is an InvestEd instructor and recruits corporate sponsors. He is a founder and the current chair of the Southeast Florida Chapter Board of Advisors. The Investment Education Institute honored him with the Distinguished Service Award. He received his Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 1991 and has been a professional portfolio manager for the past 32 years. Phil is the current president of the CFA Society of South Florida, and he is a past president of the Financial Analysts of South Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Miami AB Magna Cum Laude and was a NASA Fellow at Purdue University.
