Don Fishback
Corporate Controller
Don
Fishback, Vice President of Corporate Finance, was born and raised in Buffalo,
New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business (with a concentration
in accounting) from Westminster College in Western Pennsylvania and an MBA
from SUNY at Buffalo. He joined Moog in 1981 after working as a CPA for Deloitte
and Touche.
Don's career at Moog began in the Internal Audit Function, followed by a promotion
to Divisional Controller. He became Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting
Officer in 1985. In 2007 Don was elected to his current Vice President position.
Don's responsibilities include SEC reporting; oversight of the Company's Corporate
Finance functions; financial budgeting, reporting and analysis; M & A due
diligence; Wall Street support; bank financing support; tax planning and compliance;
global accounting policies; and central shared financial services.
Since the early 1990's, Moog's employment increased by 70%, revenues have grown
to $1.558 billion (FY 2007) and Market Capitalization increased to $1,814 million.
