Michael P. McGuire Senior Director, Investor Relations
In
his role, Mike McGuire leads CVS Caremark’s Individual Investor Outreach
program and is also responsible for the company’s Investor Relations
website. For the past six years, Mr. McGuire has supported the Senior
Vice President, Investor Relations with all aspects of the company’s
active Investor Relations program. This includes primarily the communication
of CVS Caremark’s messages to institutional investors, shareholders and
analysts. Since joining CVS Caremark in 1997, he has held various management
positions within the Finance organization, including terms in Strategic Planning
and Capital Management. Mr. McGuire holds an MBA from Indiana University
and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame.
