Software
InvestEd alone features a number of innovative investing software products. Computer Lab Highly skilled volunteers and software developers staff the InvestEd Computer Lab to willingly tutor participants and answer questions. Attendees benefit from the computer lab’s extended hours during the day and in the evening. The computer lab is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. Cyber Café On Friday and Saturday nights, enjoy the camaraderie and stock analysis discussions in the Cyber Café. It is a treasured after-hours gathering place for attendees, with or without their own computers. New to fundamental long-term investing in the stock market? Register for the Newbie Program and learn why former participants loudly praise its merits year after year. The program includes a curriculum specifically designed for attendees with little or no experience in long-term fundamental investing. Leadership Training InvestEd Leadership Training takes place Friday afternoon, August 8, from noon until 6:00 PM. This program is devoted to increasing the teaching and leadership skills of the volunteers who generously spend time helping others learn about investing in the stock market. For example, join Lynn Ostrem and other experienced investment club leaders to learn how to nurture, sustain, and maintain investment clubs. Registration Registration includes all meals, sessions, computer lab time, and handouts, Register for the $369 Early Bird price by May 1, 2008 and receive paper handouts for all sessions and a CD containing the handouts along with additional supplemental instructor materials.
